Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Consumer states when the convertible top is down, there is a boot cover that protects the top when it is down and is only held on by 2 small pieces of velcro, the velcro is so small that it does not hold the cover on, while driving, the boot cover blew off and consumer did not realize it until after she was home, the manufacturer was not willing to assist with replacing the cover, consumer later learned there was a recall (99i004000) regarding this issue.*jb
