| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer wanted to back vehicle up 3-4 feet, when he applied brakes, there was a rattling sound from abs system and pedal went to the floor. vehicle hit another vehicle. brakes had failed the same way twice before. damage to both vehicles was 4000 dollars. recall 02v02200 repairs were done before this accident.*ak since reporting the previous, the vehicles brakes failed again. consumer put foot on the brake so he could shift gears. the vehicle started to roll forward while brakes were depressed. consumer placed car in park and pumped brakes. the brakes were operable after that. *jg |
