Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving, when consumer put the vehicles defroster on, the back windshield glass exploded. there were no injuries, cause the back seat was not occupied at the time. the dealership stated that they should of been told at time of purchase that "the defroster should not be used in cold weather, cause the glass will exploded". please provide more details. ts
