| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The straps on cosco infant seat model# 02-537-mbp twist easily. they are very flimsy and do not stay flat. the strap essentially becomes a rope. i have contacted the company, and they sent replacement straps but they became twisted after 2 uses. they are now offering me a refund for the seat. i am concerned about the ability of twisted straps to spread out crash loads on an infant's body. |
