Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer stated head gasket blew while driving causing engine to stall. consumer has been waiting for over 2 months for replacement part to correct problem. ph manufacturer filed bankruptcy therefore is not assisting with any maintenance of the vehicles they have sold. vehicle exhibited oil coming from engine. consumer felt this is hazardous because carbon monoxide was slowly entering the vehicle. even though manufacturer is bankrupt, consumer wants dealership to honor warranty contract. *tt |
