| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Braun vangator wheelchair lift malfunctioned. when activated the lift started in the stow position and continued up throwing me into the wheelwell of the van. the hand control continued the lift even while no one was operating the toggle switch. the lift threw me to the well with my chair on top of me. i sustained sever neck and back injuries. i have yet to recover. this is a new lift and i suggest a possible recall or service advisory be sent to every owner to check if other lift electronics have malfunctioned. |
