Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving, consumer smelt an odor coming from the air vents. the dealership indicated the cause of the odor,was as a result of the catalytic converter burning out. the dealership replaced the part, but now there was a metal to metal odor, coming from the inside and outside of the vehicle. the dealership indicated that due to the catalytic converter burning out, it caused the exhaust manifold to have a crack in it. please provide more details. ts |
