| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Passenger side power window when brought down would come off it's track and stay stuck midway up making it impossible to close window, this happended twice once under warranty. dealer solution 1st time was to place window back in track. the 2nd time i was charged to place window back in track and i was made aware that the window track/gasket had become damged and would need replacement. after i questioned them why the track wasn't replaced when it first happend and while it was under warranty they give me a discount on replacement window track/ gasket. incident dates below are approximate, exact dates will be made available if requested. |
