Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I used a $5 product promoted by gm to seal a leak in the radiator of my 1995 chevrolet astro van. it sealed the radiator off from the engine causing catastrophic damage to the engine. my van now either needs a new engine or to be replaced. gm (chevrolet and parts & service told me that since my van is 8 yrs old with high mileage it is my problem and they will not help me rectify the problem.ther than a small water leak the van had no mechanic issues prior to using gm vehicle care product cooling system seal tabs 1#12378254 gr.8.800 it is now a safety issue as the engine lurches unexpectedly. |
