| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: There has been a knocking underneath my truck every time i hit a bump in the road as if something is loose underneath it ever since i purchased it in march of 2002. it has been to the service department twice. i was told that they could not find the problem but they also heard the knocking. i've also had to have both side mirrors replaced due to the springs breaking. |
