Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The complaint refers to a 1995 plymouth voyager. a passenger vehicle. car doors pull away from frame causing door to jam, the door then fails to close properly & passenger can be ejected from the car. that is a serious defect. not one like the bulb may stay lit & cause early burnout. the door hinge system is dangerously flawed. no one was injured only because the seat belt kept the occupant in the car. this defect rendered the car unsafe to operate & unsafe to sale. the estimate for repair was $1500-$2000 with no guarantee of the weld holding & the problem resurfacing. the car was sold for scrap. *nlm
