| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Motorcycle - 2000 moto guzzi, guota model, rear wheel rim cracks. took delivery of new motorcycle may 2001. i am now on the fourth rear wheel. the vehicle is used strictly on paved public roads. after 2000 to 5000 miles, serious cracks appeared and expanded on the wheel rim. to date moto guzzi of north america has been good about replacing them, but this can't go on forever. i am aware of dozens of other quota owners with the same rear wheel defect. please help us get mgna to give us a proper fix before some one dies due to a rear wheel rim failure. for names and info on the other owners with same problem contact me. thanks, david s. wilcox. *jb |
