Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The problem as described in bulletin #990602012d occured with my coolant system on the incident date. i had the whole system flushed and new coolant added. on 5/21/03, i had the coolant system flushed again and new dex-cool added. as of today's date 7/14/03, i noticed while having problems with my air conditioning, which may be related, that the dex-cool is almost completly emptied out of the over-flow. i think there is something significantly wrong with the coolant system and needs to be recalled!!! a 5-year antifreeze shouldn't only last 2 months. *ak
