| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car was towed 3 times in 2002, october and twice in december, to dealership for sensor failures and car stalled out at 50 mph on major roadway. i was almost hit by a dumptruck behind me, i was able to barely coast into a side street. electronic control module failed and was fixed. car was in for repairs 7 times in the 2 years i owned it. i traded in this "top of the line hyundai" for a buick regal that i love. one of the car salesman told me to never buy a car in the first year it is manufactured. nobody told me this as i drove off the lot in my brand new 2001 car. i was inconvencied by this continous problem of repairs, as my occupation as a nurse is necessary for a safe and reliable vehicle. i will never buy a hyundai again and friends and family are aware of the numerous problems i've had.*ak |
