| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While securing the evenflo comet booster car seat, the styrofoam between the seat and the back broke. my two-year-old daughter is able to slide the harness clip down and wiggle her arms out of the harness, even though it is snug according to the instructions. both my two-year-old and i have scratched ourselves, even lacerating the skin resulting in bleeding, on the shoulder strap positioner because the plastic edges are so sharp. my two-year-old daughter has bruised the backs of her thighs and her bottom on the harness adustment knob while getting out of the seat. |
