| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a hyundai 2001 xg300. since my purchase in 2001 up until present at various and unpredictable times, when i accelerate the transmission stutters/ shudders causing a noticeable delay in acceleration. this condition is at all speeds but notable between 35-43 mph 55-65 mph. when i'm trying to pass another vehicle or if i would accelerate to move out-of another vehicles way i would be bogged down with a stutter/shudder from the transmission which may cause an unsafe condition. i've been to the dealership and they have been very helpful and up-dated the transmission computer but the problem did not get any better or worse. it appears hyundai is aware of the problem because they have a service bulletin on the problem. my concern is it may be a safety problem. *jb |
