| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear end collision. my children were in the rear seat of a f150 ford supercrew when we were rearended. both the children struck their heads on the rear window glass. they had minor neck sprains and discomfort. the lack of rear seat head rests in a 2001 vehicle contributed to their injury. this lack of proper safety equipment in a new vehicle has been fixed in a midmodel correction by ford. i think they should offer a retrofit for other vehicles in the same model year. |
