Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On our 2002 gmc envoy, when driving in heavy fog or any type of falling snow the headlights shoot a beam of light straight up. it looks like what the searchlights look like in old war movies. the reflection from the light on he fog or snow really messes up the drivers vision because it effectivly blocks the sight of anything past the hood. we talked to the dealer about it and the service manager said that we weren't the first to compalin but until gm did a recall, he couldn't do anything about it. |
