Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have leased my 2002 sebring convertiable lxi on sept 9, 2002 since then the car has been back for numerous times. beginning not even 3 months and 500 miles into lease. i started having problems with it. electrical (air bag light, altertator light, engine light, driver side heated seat), transmission has recently had been serviced and parts have been replaced, i have been telling chrysler (dealership) since about 500 miles and they told me it wasn't anything, they recently replaced a couple of things at about 26,866. i was having and still having trouble with the ignition key not coming out of the ignition on my last service (march 04) they've replaced the ignition collar. i have tried to return or trade in for a new chrysler car but they say since i am in a lease there's nothing i could do about it. the air bag light is still coming on every 10 seconds since my last service march 04 but they say nothing is wrong. from what i understand correctly there's two things that could happen 1. air bag will not deplote if i was in an accident and 2. it could deplote at any given time while i'm driving. so needless to say i do not feel safe driving this car. the dealership doesn't seem to care. can you help me . *ak |
