Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 1992 plymouth voyager. due to a defect in the engine, i had to have it rplaced in april of 2002. then this april, i had to have the transmission replaced. simply put i had to have the engine replaced due to excessive smoking through the tail pipe. i am sure you have had other reports of this. it costs me $4,251.25 to replace and the transmission was another $2500. i do believe that chrysler should reimburse me for this. i have copies of historical maintenance reports for my van and copies of the bills for the engine and trasmission. when i had the engine replaced my regular place of repair, goodyear, said it need an expensive valve job and this may or may not resolve the problem. thanks you for reading this. |
