| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Jack supplies as accessory equipment failed to lift the auto in an emergency situation which required the tire to be changed. the jack actually buckeled in the effort to raise the auto. there was no lateral movement of the vehicle. i was quite lucky that the vehicle did not fall on me or on its wheel assembly. has anyone looked at this equipment. it is quite minimal and unsafe. thanks for your help. |
