Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Turn signals and horn would work intermittently, air bag light remained lit and windshield wipers turned on by themselves. *ph the dealer replaced the multifunction switch three times but that did not alleviate the problem. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a broken clockspring. the consumer became aware of a clockspring recall (02v-293) and now he would like to be reimbursed for all the multifunction switches, labor and taxes that he incurred as a result of the clockspring failure. *nm
