| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After buying a britax roundabout convertable car seat the base started seperating, when contacting britax i was told it was due to not being properly installed. i explained to them that i had read through the instruction and then taken the car seat the the california highway patrol where they also checked the instructions and showed me how to install it. britax seemed to be very aware of the problem but refused to replace the car seat. i have contacted them several times with no help. *ak |
