| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer was injured when the great dane trailer his tractor rig was pulling failed. *mr while driving the trailer on the vehicle lost it's rear axles. the axles went across the road and collided with the guardrail. the trailers load shifted which caused the trailer to roll onto it's right side and slide along the embankment. the tractor's front end collided into the embankment. the tractors air bags did not deploy. the driver was injured ((state of colorado traffic accident report). *nm |
