| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In may of 2002, i purchased a used 1999 honda odyssey from a reputable honda dealer in conway, ar. at the time of purchase, the car had 48,680 miles. the car was in excellent shape. approximately five months later, i noticed two things: my gears were slipping and my power steering fluid getting very low. on 10/29/02 (and 57,163 miles), i brought the vehicle to the honda dealer where i reside in monroe, la. it was determined from the technician that my power steering rack was leaking and that i had to replace my entire steering rack. thank goodness for the extended warranty! rack was replaced. *ak |
