| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1999 plymouth grand voyager se with a horn defect as described in press releases about your pending technical analysis. the horn requires excessive force to actuate. chrysler says replacement steering wheel is $900, but will discount to $300 when i complained to corporate offices. i feel this is a design defect and dangerous and do not feel it is correct to be charged and this should be replaced/repaired promptly as a safety issues. who ever wore out a horn?*ak |
