Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The shock on my workhorse custom chassis sn 523344496 do not work properly. i have lost steering control multiple items due to purposing. the front wheels leave the ground resulting the loss of steering control.*ak i believe this problem has played a part in damaging my motorhome. i have had to be excorted, by patrol car, off the freeway as i could not do the minimum speed without losing control, i have brought this to the attention of the manufacturer many times with all the information they have requested. they remain admant about doing nothing to correct this. i have replaced all four shocks with gas charged shocks and this has solved the porpoising and had dampened the sidt to side action. this has been an ongoing problem since the vehicle was new. |
