| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On numerous occasions for the past 2 years, when the brake pedal is pressed, it goes all the way down to the floor and does not slow the vehicle down. brake pedal must be pumped in order to slow the vehicle. there have been several near misses of rear-ending another vehicle. to date, the brake lines have been bled, master cylinder has been replaced, rotors and drums have been replaced, and manufacturer's abs module recall has been completed. none of these services have helped. the car is currently at the car dealership for the same problem. the dealership has indicated that they do not know what is wrong with it, but is continuing to investigate. the vehicle has been parked more than it has been driven over the past year for fear of an accident waiting to happen. *jb |
