Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Electrical system, air conditioning unit, lock on back hatch, the power slider, and the front and passenger windows have a hard time rolling up or down when it is cold outside, even though car was parked inside garage all night. the air conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air just about 6 months after we got it. the lock on the back end was stuck in the locked positioned and would not disengage. and the electrical system is all messed up in the back end. taillights want to work when there not supposed to and the same with the reverse lights. lights brighter then others on one side then the other, then a few minutes later it will be the other why around. alot has to do with when i push on the brake pedal if the turn signals are going to work or not. and the power slider was already recalled on the van. the rear brakes on the van are sticking. example: when you stop for a second and then release the brakes it will make a loud noise like it was stuck and then had to force itself to release. not sure where to start on this process to get everything fixed. *jb |
