Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving you experience a hesitation ford dealership originally said it was a spark plug-and replaced it-problem still exists- currently it is back at the dealership-and at this point they said there is a problem within the transmission but they do not know specifically what problem is-or what if anything they will pay for problem- in the meantime i have to pay for a rental- the suv has 48,000 miles- i have kept up with all services. *jb
