Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 000 acura 3.2 tl starting about a year and a half ago the engine safety light came on (8 times). it has been serviced by hinshaw's acura for every incident and have not found anything that causes this. the consumer stated he lost days of work because of the distance between work and hinshaws acura and they will not give him a loaner car. the first several times there was a charge, but recently, the consumer called the consumer relations officer and stated that there is no reason to charge a fee if they can't repair the problem. *jb
