| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: numerous repairs done to pull behind travel trailer. 1. the frame has been out of square and couldn't open the rear door . 2. the floor on the left sags by an inch. 3. the trailer blows tires easily. 4. the windows and vent open on their own due to vibration. consumer received a recall about the frame structure that was associated with the problems that the consumer was having. currently, the manufacturer says that there is no recall on it. they will be mailing out new notices explaining why they were misinformed. he talked to shawn mapes. when the consumer calls mr mapes he hangs up on him. also, talked to ceo. manufacturer is thorcalifornia, 2004 tahoe fury.*ak |
