| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Pre-paid order for used auto parts from dallas county auto salvage 2300 macarthur blvd - grand prairie, texas 75050 972-262-5655 on apri 18th, 2003 cash. after several attempts the company was unable to produce the correct parts and refuse to give a refund. this happens quite often per other reports. the better business bureau refuses to take a report because to many have already been given. the local jp court has dozens of cases filed and pending. i have also filed with the state attorney general of texas with no success. currrently i am unable to serve their agent/attorney for small claims court due to address change. this is a large scale problem and they continue to rip off the public and elude legal procecution. |
