Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was purchesed used, and within 10,000 miles the front brakes started to vibrate and the pedal pulsed when applied. dealership said daimler chrysler knew of the problem but no recall. replaced brakes at cost of $570. less than 17k miles later the brakes are worse than they were prior to having them fixed. what does it take, and when does a recall get initiated?
