| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was getting the bus . the bus driver stop but he did not put the emergency brake. because he was busy talking with passenger. he jerked the bus. because he hit the brakes real quick in which i slipped and my arm got caught in the back of the rail where the handicapped used to get on and off the bus through the back door. now they tell me they are not responsible. it is messing up my credit. *nm |
