| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Freon leak in a/c. vue was taken in to dealership in may 2003, may 2004, and complaint filed may 2005 with the car having been in 13 times this summer 2005. dealership refuses to diagnose problem. all they do is refill freon when it leaks out. they did finally replace compressor after i wrote to saturn customer assistance ctr in tn. had car in aug 27, sept 10 and sept 17-nothing was done other than wash my car and spray deodorizer in vents to cover the smell of leaking freon. saturn assistance center confirmed via email freon discharge and re-charge with dye would be done at my last appt, 9/17/95--this was not done. the a/c has never been repaired--and saturn has tried to hide the problem. *jb |
