| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This to report a non-crash incident. the vehicle involved is a 2000 cadillac deville, dts. the back seat restraint system has been used with a child restraint system for the last two years only. other than that, it has seen little use at all. this summer the retractor quit working and the differential sliding device broke in half. i reported this to the cadillac dealer. he refused to service the restraint belt system as a warranty even though it had only been used for 2 years and apx. 12,000 miles. i was shocked and told him i would report this. he said go ahead. i have pictures of the failed components i would like to provide. please advise how to do that. |
