Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The crankshaft broke off due to a structural failure of the shaft. i spent the next 22 days trying to get nissan to replace the crank and repair the 1995 quest van. nissan began installing larger crankshafts in their 1996 models but they never offered to help with the repairs. i have a small claims court hearing oct 11 and would like to know of all the similar cases that have been filed to date. after 22 days i had the van repaired at my mechanics shop at the cost of $3371.00 i still have the crank. *nm |
