Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated the mechanic at the local dealership told him the hydraulic lift that holds up the trunk was not designed to hold the load. while in use the trunk fell and hit him in the neck. he usually can catch the trunk before it falls. this has been happening since purchase of vehicle. the dealership stated the hydraulic lift needed to be replaced on both sides. also, stated the vehicle was low to the ground, the front end scraped while backing out of the driveway or driving over a bump. he has taken the vehicle to two dealerships, and was willing to pay out of pocket. both dealership stated there was nothing that could be done.*ak *jb
