| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt:the contact stated three tires on recreational vehicle blew out from the sidewall. the blow outs occurred over a period of two years. the first tire blew out after approximately 10,000 miles. the other two tires blew out at approximately 22,000 miles. there were no warning signs on the tires prior to the failures. the tires were inspected by a tire dealer, and they determined the failure was due to rusting of the steel ply inside the tires. the tires were replaced. the manufacturer has been contacted. *ak updated 03/22/06. *jb |
