Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When opening the door of the rv, you have to make sure to use the spacer (6") to hold the door in place, because if you don't the propane water heater exhaust located behind the door once open will melt or burn the door, even when the spacer is on it, still will melt the door depending if it is windy or not. in june 2003 we first reported the problem to the dealer, there was nothing that the manufacturer could do, so in november 2003 they change the door because it was melted where the exhaust was and they add on a 12" spacer believing that this will remedy the problem. in july 2004 the door melted again but not has much as last year. my child forgot once and it got very hot and melted again. there would be a way to fixed it, is to relocate the water heater beside the fridge in the centre of the rv. but they prefer to change the door at every time. the 2004 rv's they change the location of the water heater. i believe that it could be a fire hazard if the door is left unattended. *jb
