| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Gas pedal sticks.. approximately 3 years ago we had this problem fixed at the dealership. not long after that we received a notice in the mail telling us if we had problems with the gas pedal sticking and had paid to have this repaired that we would be due a refund.. we filled out the required paperwork and have never heard back from nissan.. i had forgotten about this until now.... we are having the same problem again, with the gas pedal sticking...........please advise as to what can be done to correct this oversight....and continued problem. *jb |
