| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On monday, 10/6/2003 my wife was driving her new 2004 pacifica while transporting our 4 year-old daughter to her pre-school class. as she was driving through the community development, she prepared to make a turn into a busy intersection when her car suddenly lost all power to the engine, steering and brakes. this intersection is frequented by fast moving tractor-trailers from the distribution center, as well as the brewery. fortunately, none of these tractor-trailers were present when her car''s engine died and she came to a stop in the middle of the intersection. had this occurred during a different moment, the outcome of the stall in the intersection would have been tragically different. my wife had the composure to successfully re-start the engine and proceed to a safe location where she called me on her cell phone. |
