| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Yes i have a 2001 toyota tundra that the transmission exploded going down the highway almost causing us to get wiped out. there was no reason for the transmission going out except a parts failure. its our understanding that this has happened to quite a few of the 2001 tundras. there needs to be a recall thank you and have a good day. *jb |
