Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that there was service bulletin 09-36-03 on the 2002 subaru wrx regarding a fuel smell in cold weather. the failure, which was actually a leak in cold weather appeared when the temperature got to be 10 degrees or less. there was a strong smell of fuel in the passenger compartment, and the contact found a fuel leak which dripped once a second on 1/24/07. the failure was caused by a misalignment between two fuel hoses near the manifold. the contact will have pictures available. the failure mileage was 25000 and the current mileage was 50000.*ak |
