Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated the check light for her dometic model # rm7732 serial #84300006 refrigerator located in the 1999 national rv motor home trade winds illuminated. there was a yellow substance coming from the cooling tube, which caused it to drip on the burner. the contact stated that after the substance was cleaned of the burner would work. however , once the substance started to leak again it would stop working. the vehicle was taken to a mechanic to have it inspected. the mechanic informed the contact there was a crack in the boiler tube, which was the cause of the leak. the mechanic replaced the refrigerator with model # ndr1292 serial # 34100100. approximately three years later she experienced the same problem with this refrigerator. the mechanic advised the contact this refrigerator also has a crack in the boiler tube. the mechanic was able to replace the boiler *ak updated 04/05/07 *jb |
