Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact owns a 2000 jeep grand cherokee. when the brake was depressed it will vibrte and shimmy. the road conditions were generally clear. the contact stated that while driving at more than 40 mph it became extremely difficult to stop the vehicle. the dealership initially replaced the brake pads and shaved the rotors. the dealership stated that this was normal behavior for the brake systems on all jeep vehicles. the vehicle currently had an odometer reading of 64000 miles. *ak
