| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a used automobile from darby buick5170 s tamiami trail, sarasota. fl jan.34,2003. a year later the hood of the car was peeling. on november 20,2003 i paid $394.62 for repair and repaintt of the hood. the following november more peeling was noticed on the trunk and roof of the car. on january11,2005, i had the entire car repainted at maaco , 1570- n washington st., sarasota, fl 34243 and paid $811.00. later i was informed that this year model was considered a peeler. that information was never divulged to me when i purchased the car. do i have any recourse? thank you |
