| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The dashboard in the 1999 dodge ram 1500 started developing cracks in it a few years after purchase. i tried to contact the dealer pertaining to this, but was told, "sorry, it was out of warranty". the cracks have continued for the past few years despite purchasing a window shade to screen it from the sun. if the cracks continued, entire pieces will begin to fall somewhere behind the dashboard onto electrical components as well as possibly spread to the passenger air bag.*ak |
