| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a 2001 gmc yukon xl 2500. the contact stated that the pin box for the trailer hitch is supposed to be horizontal, but it is slightly bent. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the pin box was bending/deforming. the hitch was replaced at 14,800 miles. the pin box is currently bending again. the trailer hitch is used six times per year to tow a trailer. the current mileage is 27,353 and failure mileage was 15,600. |
